EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT

This Explicit Consent Statement is issued by İLKO İLAÇ SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. (“Company”) as the controller in order to obtain explicit consent of the data subjects regarding the procedures and principles of the processing of the personal data and sensitive personal data obtained from them pursuant to the Law No 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”). The “Information Notice” is published on the Company’s official website www.ilko.com.tr.

 

I understand that the Company may process my below mentioned personal data and sensitive personal data under articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (provided in the annex):

Shared Parties: I understand that the personal data collected by the Company according to the data processing conditions and purposes as laid out in articles 8 and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (provided in the annex) may be shared with participations, business partners, employees, banks, legally authorized public entities and other parties and if necessary, with consulates,

 

 

I am fully informed about my rights as a data subject regarding the issues in this statement within the scope of Article 11 of the Law (provided in the annex) and my personal data and sensitive personal data will be processed for the specified legitimate purposes and transferred to abovementioned parties and I am provided with necessary information about this matter and I have read and understood the text consciously without any pressure, threat, error and pretense.
